This work was created as a threshold.

At the end of an ancient passage, a single golden key waits.

The walls surrounding it are covered in symbols, geometry, and a language that feels at once ancient and unknown—as though this place has existed beyond time, waiting to be remembered.

The key is not an object of possession.

It is an invitation.

A passage between the visible world and the one beyond it. Between what we know and what we recognize without knowing why.

This work marks the threshold into the world from which The Altar of Love and the objects of Golden Alchemy emerge—a symbolic architecture of relics, talismans, guardians, sacred geometry, and remembrance.

The jewelry becomes artifact.

The artwork becomes portal.

And the key becomes the point between them.

Gold moves through the passage like an illuminated language, revealing fragments of something that feels excavated rather than invented. At its center, the key remains still—waiting not to unlock a physical door, but a state of recognition.

Perhaps the door was never locked.

Perhaps we had only forgotten how to enter.

Layered in gold, sealed in resin, and grounded in wood, the work becomes both image and threshold.

It may hang on a wall.
It may rest as an altar.

It is not only to be seen, but to be approached.

To enter.
To remember.
To return.
