Complimentary Shipping Golden Alchemy Fine Jewels provides complimentary insured FedEx shipping on every order, domestically and internationally. All shipments are fully tracked and insured from the moment they leave our Los Angeles atelier. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery for all shipments — please ensure someone is available to receive your order. We are unable to authorize packages to be left unattended.

Production Time Most Golden Alchemy pieces are handcrafted to order by our master artisans in Los Angeles. Please allow approximately two - four weeks for production prior to shipment. Bespoke and commission pieces may require additional time; our team will communicate a timeline directly upon confirmation of your order. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the piece, customization, materials, destination, and carrier.

High-Value Orders For orders valued over $5,000, a member of the Golden Alchemy team may contact you directly to coordinate delivery and confirm receipt.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, or import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the destination country upon arrival.
