We offer complimentary expedited shipping on all new purchases. Orders are fully insured and shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re confident you will love your Golden Alchemy piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unworn, unused condition, with all original packaging included.

Eligible returns and exchanges are:

• New, unworn pieces
• Non-custom, non-resized items
• Returned within 7 days of delivery

There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

Please note: Shipping fees for returns or exchanges may apply depending on the circumstance.

Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom one-of-one creations
• Made-to-order designs
• Any piece that has been customized or resized
• Special orders

For all custom designs, you will review and approve the final CAD rendering before we begin production to ensure you feel fully aligned and confident in your piece.

Custom order payment terms:

• A 50% deposit is required to begin production
• Full payment is required prior to shipping

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, your credit must be applied toward a piece ofequal or greater value. Credits cannot be transferred, combined, or applied toward pre-existing orders.

Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to securely package your piece and ship it back from your nearest FedEx location. Returns are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Golden Alchemy pieces are handcrafted and inspected with exceptional care before shipment. We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

We recommend having your piece professionally cleaned and refinished every 1–2 years, depending on wear. This service is available for a nominal fee. Shipping and insurance costs may apply.
